AL-HAQ - THE TRUTH

firstly, i'd like to apologize since i couldnt fine the caligraphy of it. after all, i know that i'm kind of late to participate in muslim monday this time, well it's already tuesday here. if i do google some more, i'm afraid it will be a muslim friday for myself.lol

Al Haq (the truth). is one of the epithet of Allah. i'd love to post this one here because i myself need a reminder to keep telling me how a submission to Allah means that we have to give our best in smelting ourselves into our creature's natures, and the only way to do it is by imitating them consistently.

it's comprehended by any muslim that the top duty of a man is to enjoin the good and forbid the evil (alamr bi al-ma'ruf wa al-nahy 'an al-munkar). this duty should be placed on the prior place, before all other duties. in other words, a man should always uphold the truth wherever he stands, in any circumstance, and he should exercise it all the time.

we all know, that this duty isn't the easiest thing to do. there'll be many obstacles we'll have to face in exercising it, which might come either from the external factors(other people) or internal factor (our own nafs/continence). there'll be worries, fears, anxieties. still, they shouldnt hinder us to carry out this top duty.

Allah has reminded people to fear only Him, not other things or other people. "Fear not men, but fear Me." (5:44). Allah also reminded people to help each other in conducting this top duty. it's mentioned in the holy qur'an (9:71): "The believing men and women are friends and protectors to eachother; they enjoin the good and forbid the evil (they perform the prayer,and pay the alms, and obey God and His messenger. They - upon them Godshall have mercy; God is Almighty, All wise)."

so, inshaallah so long as we stick to carry out the duty in raising the truth, we will always have companions who will always protect us, the other believers and Allah SWT. and certainly, Allah is the best companion someone could ever have.
